An in-person class using Taoist meditation postures and movement to increase energy, promote relaxation and stress relief, and generally boost well-being.

Zoom Qigong Class: Anti-Anxiety, Pain Relief, & Hormone Balance class: The Four Energy Gates:
Learn self-care acupressure and energy exercises based on the body's most powerful acupoints (the Energy Gates). These exercises promote relaxation, help balance hormonal and women's health issues, alleviate and prevent chronic pain (especially headaches, back pain, and joint pain), and balance digestive, endocrine, and nervous systems.
