UPCOMING QIGONG CLASSES (all Qigong classes below are suitable for beginners):

In-person & Zoom Qigong Class: Anti-Anxiety, Pain Relief, & Hormone Balance class: The Four Energy Gates. Learn self-care acupressure and energy exercises based on the body's most powerful acupoints (the Energy Gates). These exercises promote relaxation, help balance hormonal and women's health issues, alleviate and prevent chronic pain (especially headaches, back pain, and joint pain), and balance digestive, endocrine, and nervous systems.

Donation only ($10 suggested).

When: June 24th, 2024; 7:30-8:15pm

Where: Chelsea location (34 W 27th St, Suite 1212) and Zoom

In-person Qigong Class: The Dragon's Way® Program. A six-week program for overall wellness, natural weight loss, stress and anxiety management, fertility, women's health, pain, insomnia, and any chronic health condition. Learn Qigong movements, nutrition, and lifestyle changes for optimal health, increased energy, and mental well-being.

Fee: $229 for new students, $129 for returning students. May be payable by insurance plans or HRA/FSA cards. 

When: June 24, 2024, 6-7pm, repeating on Mondays for 6 consecutive weeks.

Virtual Qigong class: 3E - Energy, Everybody, Everyday. A virtual class using drumming, Qigong movement, and Taoist standing and stepping meditation to increase energy, promote relaxation and stress relief, and generally boost well-being.
