Our exceptional, uniquely trained practitioners offer customized acupuncture, massage, Qigong moving meditation classes, and Chinese medicine treatments at our two locations in Manhattan, New York City (Chelsea, Midtown West) to fit your needs. In addition to acupuncture, we also offer Qigong Meridian Therapy (acupressure), Swedish and deep tissue massage therapy, Medical Qigong (touch-less energy treatment similar to Reiki), facial rejuvenation, cupping, moxibustion, reflexology, Eastern nutrition guidance, tui na acupressure massage, herbal therapy, spiritual counseling, infrared red light therapy, and aromatherapy.
Each Feng Shui enhanced treatment room is equipped with fresh bamboo sheets, silk pillowcases, candles or infrared salt lamp, and special healing music for your enjoyment. Complimentary aromatherapy is available at our Midtown West office, and access to a Himalayan salt meditation room ($35 for half hour) is available at our Chelsea location.
Acupuncture
We recommend 1-2 acupuncture sessions a week (including ear acupuncture and ear seeds) to start with, depending on your health status. Those with deeper imbalances and energy deficits will intially require more frequent"tune-ups".
Dietary Guidance
Delicious, easy-to-follow meal plan using "healing essence" dense whole foods. Based on eastern nutrition principles designed to heal your digestive system and improve metabolism and organ function. Food-as-medicine is a long-standing tradition in most Asian cultures.
Herbal Supplements
FDA-certified herbal supplements are crucial for quick results. They will be the best and most direct way to extend the effects of your treatment throughout the week by continually rebalancing your body and revitalizing your energy, inside and out.
Medical Qigong & Acupressure
For folks who want additional energy support without needles, Medical Qigong (similar to Reiki) and acupressure massage can help stimulate the body's natural self-healing. Gua sha, cupping can also be utilized to stimulate circulation and flow.
Qigong Meditation Exercise
Qigong energy exercises or moving meditation can enhance treatments by balancing and restoring your body's energy, deeply healing your metabolism and hormone system, and decreasing your stress and anxiety levels (instructional streaming videos provided).
