Qigong energy movements and Taoist meditation are the very foundation of Chinese medicine health practices, just as yoga is a cornerstone of Ayurvedic medicine. "Qigong" is translated as "cultivation of Qi" or the gathering of energy through using your body's movement and natural energetic connection to Nature. All of our Qigong and Taoist meditation programs are based on the Wu Ming Qigong lineage and created by its lineage holder and grandmaster Dr. Nan Lu, OMD.

Qigong itself can be viewed as a type of moving meditation, as it balances the body by quieting the mind and impacting emotions through activating the energy body's meridians. No special breathing or thought-controlling techniques are needed to enter a meditative state, as the nervous system's brainwaves and the endocrine system respond naturally to create stillness and inner peace in the mind. Qigong can be a great way to attain meditation's benefits for those who are too antsy or anxious to sit still and use the mind to let go of one's busy thoughts!
