Tune into the energy of joy, love, and limitless possibilities with Midsummer's vitality

Commemorated since ancient times across many civilizations, Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, when yang energy is at its peak. This day is significant for farmers and agriculture, as farmers know they will be in for a strong harvest if the crops are strong at midsummer. Traditionally, "midsummer" is celebrated in China with noodles and other wheat-based dishes that symbolize longevity and abundance.

To this day, Summer Solstice festivities are observed all over the world, to encourage people to connect to the consciousness of Summer to boost luck, love, fertility, and growth. Many cultures pass down the time-old wisdom that connecting to Nature's energy on this special day can supercharge these aspects of your life and health.

Even though Summer Solstice was officially June 21st this year, you can still benefit tremendously from its energetic aftermath this week by simply tuning into the frequency of Summer, which is associated with the Heart, joy, and love. Qigong practice, meditation, yoga, being in nature, even taking the time to do something that you truly love, will enhance your connection to the Universe's love, which is limitless. Nothing is impossible if you truly believe that Universal Love supports you unconditionally.
